Full container load (FCL), less than container load (LCL) or break bulk services are available using Ocean or House Bills of Landing to the world's major seaports, either by direct sailing or by using the most efficient transhipment ports.

Containerised Cargo

FCL (full container loads): Full containers of  product can be shipped using the following container types;

  • general purpose containers
  • high cube general purpose containers
  • open top containers
  • flat rack containers
  • tank containers
  • flexitank container
  • refrigerated containers
For more information on the above please refer to the specific section titled “containers” Please note that general purpose containers are usually held in good numbers in all Australian load ports. The other types however are only offered subject to availability but with early booking of the cargo the ocean carriers are better able to supply this specialized equipment.

LCL (consolidated, less than container loads):

Bullock Freightmasters International are one of the premier shippers of consolidated LCL cargo ex Fremantle and offer weekly seafreight shipment to overseas destinations via the hub port of Singapore

Breakbulk

Due to the physical dimensions of the items many oversized cargoes are not suited to containerised shipment. Accordingly Bullock Freightmasters International are in regular contact with ocean carriers that are prepared to accept “breakbulk” cargo either as on deck or below deck cargo. To a small range of overseas ports Bullock Freightmasters International can also offer shipment on a Roll-On-Roll Off shipping service. This service best suits shippers of wheeled/tracked vehicles

Hazardous Cargo

Bullock Freightmasters International are well experienced in the movement of hazardous products in FCL (including tank containers) and as LCL consolidated consignments.

Flexitanks

The use of specialized flexible vinyl tanks within general purpose containers is becoming more accepted as an effective means of shipping bulk fluids. Bullock Freightmasters International can assist in the obtaining, fitting of Flexitanks and their subsequent shipment.

Australian Coastal Cargo

With the relaxation of the rules on cabotage many shippers are now examining the viability of using seafreight to move cargo between the main Australian ports. Bullock Freightmasters International is involved in this trade and would be pleased to quote on shipments moving ex Fremantle to Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
